SetDstColorKeyIndex

Set the destination color key like with SetDstColorKey() but using an index to the color/alpha lookup table.

SetDstColorKeyIndex (

unsigned int index

);

This method is only supported by surfaces with an indexed pixelformat, e.g. DSPF_LUT8. For these formats this method should be used instead of SetDstColorKey().
